Healing with CranioSacral Therapy Workshop

A unique approach to healing that combines CranioSacral Therapy and Sound Healing.
The session begins with an introduction to CranioSacral Therapy and how to feel and adjust your own rhythm, followed by a long Savasana, where you will go into a deep state of meditation, supported by a sound bath, while receiving hands-on CranioSacral adjustments.
Based on the body’s innate ability to heal and restore, CranioSacral Therapy tunes in this fascinating mechanism and supports the nervous system to find balance and calmness.
Using two-hand light touches, Cranio-Sacral therapy aims to release the restrictions that may inhibit the functioning of the craniosacral system—the fluid and membranes that surround our brain, spinal column, and nerves.
This is a powerful workshop for those curious about healing using craniosacral therapy. Everyone is welcome!

About Adriana
A multi-disciplinary student of healing, Adriana combines various methods to release trauma physically, emotionally and psychologically. In groups, Adriana utilizes the technology of Kundalini Yoga and group therapy to provide a safe space for participants to experience and release their emotions while being seen, accepted and supported.
Adriana is a Certified KRI L1 Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Certified ICTA Coach, Cranio-sacral Therapist/Somato-emotional Release Specialist from Upledger Institute.
