Class Description
Hatha Flow
Hatha Flow is great practice to start every morning. We will practice the traditional style of Surya Namaskara (Sun Salutation) followed by basic, gentle yoga poses connecting breath to movement in a slow and controlled manner. This class is meant to create vitality, immunity and overall improved health in the cardiovascular, muscular and nervous systems and is suitable for all levels, especially beginners who are new to yoga.Gentle Flow
Gentle Flow is a Vinyasa-based class that moves through gentler poses at a much slower pace, incorporating gentle stretching, strengthening movements and breath awareness which are performed in a sequence for maximum health benefits. Awareness of the breath helps to calm the mind and enables you to move deeper into the stretches. It’s accessible to all levels from beginners to advanced and great for forming a morning practice.Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic, energetically and physically demanding class that incorporates breath, body, movement, all set to a fun music playlist. By connecting breath to movement in this class, you’ll deepen your ujjayi breath, learn creative sequencing, practice getting into “peak” poses and feel simply amazing after a long savasana. Be ready to flow, sweat and breath!
Power Yoga
Power yoga is an incredible style of yoga derived from Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga popular for its aerobic and rigorous form of practice. Based on the dynamic and strengthening nature of Vinyasa Yoga, it includes strong movements and long holds designed to increase your heart rate, strengthen your muscles and build endurance, as well as improve your flexibility and balance. A great class for those looking to build strength, improve mental focus and remove bodily toxins. Open for all levels.Kundalini Yoga & Meditation
Kundalini yoga is a form of yoga that involves the use of breath (pranayama), bandhas (locks), body (asana) and singing (mantras) in a repetitive pattern to prompt a specific outcome (kriya). Its purpose is to activate your dormant kundalini energy, or shakti stored in the base on the spine, to awaken into higher consciousness. A typical Kundalini yoga class consists of three parts: an opening chant (known as “tuning in”) followed by a brief warm-up for your spine, a kriya (which is a sequence of postures paired with breathing techniques), and a closing meditation or song. Classes are suitable for everyone, beginners and regular practitioners alike.Sound Healing
Going back thousands of years, sound vibrations not only heal the subtle body and purify the mind but has been proven to enhance deep meditative states, uplifting our vibrational frequency into higher states of consciousness. Relax in savasana as the sound healing takes place and feel more peaceful, light and calm as you listen to vibrational sounds of various instruments and live music to soothe your nervous system and harmonize body, mind and spirit.Gong Sound Healing
Gong Sound Healing is a unique type of sound healing practice that involves using therapeutic gong sounds and vibrations to bring about healing for mental clarity, better sleep, deeper peace and overall feeling of peace and calmness. Participants will be bathed in a sound healing session whilst laying down to receive all the benefits of the gong bath.Qi Gong
Qigong, pronounced “chi gung,” was developed in China thousands of years ago as part of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It involves energetic and slow-moving exercises to optimize energy within the body, mind and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and overall well-being.Yin Yang Yoga
Yin Yang Yoga blends two styles of yoga into one practice – bringing together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses with more dynamic sequences and standing postures. Yin and Yang are the Taoist concepts which describe the two relative qualities present in everything. In this practice, we’ll bring equilibrium to both sides, creating balance between stronger, more physical poses directly followed by softer, longer-held poses. Open for all levels.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine with poses that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles, typically staying for 3-5 minutes in each pose. The sequences of postures are meant to stimulate the channels of the subtle body known as meridians in Chinese medicine. Yin Yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fascia and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.
Amerta Movement & Sounditation
Amerta is a Javanese word meaning ‘nectar’ or ‘elixir’ of life. Amerta Movement & Sounditation practice is based on vibration of energy through embodied movement, singing, playing instruments and flowing energy. Experience chakra realignment with sound immersion & mantras, using your body as a radar to sense the instrument’s vibration and tuning your entire energetic body with sound. This class is suitable for everyone, no experience required. Just a curiosity, desire and openness to move, flow and receive.
Amerta Sound Meditation
Experience a deeply restorative sound meditation guided by Composer & Ethnomusicologist Galih Naga Seno. In this uniquely potent sound journey, you’ll experience sound meditation as a cosmic celebration, entering multi-dimensional portals to new worlds, resulting in profound restorative effects for the mind, nervous system and body. Feel fully rested as you drop into Gali’s medicinal lullabies imbued with sound as living, breathing, shapeshifting waves forms that already exist in trees, winds, birds, oceans, rivers, whales, dolphins and more. Agustian Supriatna, Indonesia
Sound Healing

Agustian Supriatna is a multitalented artist and musician. Born in the deep jungle of Lampung, Indonesia, he comes from a traditional healer lineage connected to the nature and wildlife of Sumatra island. Being chosen as a healer from a young age, he dedicated himself to be in the service of his village’s people. Everything he learned was passed on to him from his grandfather, the legendary elderly healer Datuk Raja Jaksa.
In his late teens, he made a big decision to become a painter, pausing his journey to become a healer, and instead focus on finding himself and fulfilling his dream of becoming an artist. He started the path of teaching himself by exploring a wide variety of artistic expressions such as drawing, painting, sculpture, and music. Along the way, he found his voice and became successful in international art scenes for his musical talents.
Over a 20-years journey of self-development, Agustin claimed back his legacy as a healer and began using sound to heal others. Through music, he found the soulful media to invite people onto their own personal healing journey. Agustian has found that music is the best media to channel his heritage as a healer as well as sharing his art and heart to everyone open and willing to dive into themselves.
